Stop by the Saylorville Visitor’s Center to learn about the bald eagle, then venture outside to view them in their natural habitat. Jester Park Lodge will host SOAR for live eagle programs at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 p.m. Come learn about eagles in Iowa and the perils they face. Other SOAR education ambassadors will also be in attendance!

SOAR will be part of the celebration at Neal Smith NWR! Are you interested in birds? Spring is the perfect time to explore outside and search for birds! Join us for a ranger-led morning bird hike, raptor programs, crafts and other activities. The program is open to the public and all activities are free. Afterward will be the annual Junior Duck Stamp Ceremony will be held at 1:30 p.m.

SOAR will be part of a new program series sponsored by Webster County Conservation Board. Join us to learn about the raptors that share our world. Following the SOAR program, Webster CCB staff will take you on a guided fluorescent tracking night hike through the river valley.
