Two Bald Eagles Released
The two Bald Eagles released were…
Grinnell (Jasper Co, Iowa), a hatch-year 2024 eagle admitted early February 2026 with elevated lead levels; and the adult eagle from Clarksville (Butler Co, Iowa) admitted missing all her left wing primary feathers and considerable bruising.
Both flew beautifully, but we were only able to get video of Grinnell.
Thank you to all involved in the rescue and transport of these Bald Eagles.
