Jackson County Conservation will be hosting the Blank Park Zoo display “Iowa Hunters Leading the Way” that talks about switching to non-toxic ammunition. Kay Neumann, SOAR Executive Director, and an Ambassador Bald Eagle will be part of the kick-off celebration!
