Ally met up with a mammal rehabber and swapped a raccoon for an adult red-tailed hawk. The hawk had an old fracture of the left finger bones (very end of the wing) with a yucky wound at the break almost as if a bone popped through the skin and then back in… complete with maggots! The wound cleaned up nicely.
