A HY14 eagle was transferred from Black Hawk Wildlife Rehab Project. This eagle was rescued near Cedar Falls on Cedar Wapsie Road. BHWRP veterinarian Dr. Lori confirmed with x-ray that the left ulna is fractured. He’s quite a talker and is eating well!
