At first look at the photo, thought we had a VERY tiny red-tailed hawk for an admit. However, with hawk in hand we know we have a juvenile red-shouldered hawk. This red-shouldered has bad bruising on the chest as if hit a blunt or solid object. Thanks Deb for the rescue.
